Endometriosis has no outward sign and no accurate diagnostic test. an accurate diagnosis occurs only when a doctor can visually observe the endometriosis during surgery or through a biopsy.

Although only your doctor can diagnose endometriosis, the following question help answer the question : Do I have endometriosis? You don't have to answer all the question with a "yes" to have endometriosis, but more than one or two "yes" answer is a good reason to make an appointment with your doctor sooner rather than later.

ANSWER
The following information provides some explanation for each question:

1. Endometriosis is more common in women whose female relatives have endometriosis.
2. Painful cramping during menstrual periods is the most common symptom of endometriosis, although many women with cramp don't have endometriosis.
3. Endometriosis in the pelvis can make sex painful.
4. 30% to 40% of infertile women have endometriosis.
5-8. Any factor that cause more menstrual bleeding over the course of your lifetime is a risk factor for endometriosis. women whose periods start at a younger age and who have longer than normal periods, heavier than normal period, or period closer than every four weeks are all more likely to develop endometriosis.
9. Women with endometriosis are also more likely to have allergies or other autoimmune diseases.
10. Endometriosis in the urinary tract can cause pain and bleeding.
11. Endometriosis in the intestines can cause pain, cramping, diarrhea, constipation or rectal bleeding during your period.
12. Women who are taller and thinner than average are more likely to have endometriosis.

 CARA PENYEDIAAN AIR BUAH ZURIAT

Buah Zuriat juga dikenali sebagai Buah Hawa atau Buah Adam merupakan buah yang sangat popular di kalangan jemaah haji dan umrah. Di negara Arab buah ini dikenali sebagai Doum. Di Mekah dan Madinah, buah ini dijual sebagai sediaan herba untuk mengatasi masalah kesuburan di kalangan lelaki dan wanita. Ianya dibelah dua kemudian direbus dan diminum air rebusan tersebut setiap hari. Ada petua yang hanya merebus kulit dan ada juga yang merebus biji dan ada yang merebus kulit dan biji sekaligus. Sudah ramai yang berjaya hamil dengan meminum air rebusan Buah Zuriat.

CARA MAKAN BUAH ZURIAT

Ada beberapa cara yang di sarankan oleh mereka-mereka yang telah mencuba iaitu :-

Cara Pertama

Beberapa rakan arab memberitahu caranya dengan menggunakan sudu di ketuk-ketuk sekitar buah zuriat ( tak perlu di belah ) dan kita ibaratkan seperti kita sagat/kikis buah ini menjadi serbuk dan di makan begitu sahaja ataupun di campur bersama susu.

Cara Kedua


Oleh kerana buah ini juga di gelar buah adam dan hawa, maka ada yang merebus dua biji buah ini sekali gus. Buah di belah kepada dua, dan di ingatkan buah ini keras dan memerlukan keupayaan yang kuat untuk membelahnya. Rebus biji dan isirungnya sekali,sehingga air bertukar warna seakan-akan teh. Dan di sarankan di minum selama 44hari atau sehingga mengandung. Diminum suami isteri dan boleh direbus berulangkali sehinggalah air rebusan itu bertukar warna menjadi putih kembali baru di ganti dengan buah yang baru.

(Boleh diminum pada bila-bila masa sahaja,malah buah ini juga kalau dia gosok-gosok ke sendi-sendi kita yang sakit,Insya Allah akan terasa kelegaannya)


Antara Surah yang boleh di amalkan semasa meminumnya ialah Surah Al-Imran ayat 38 & Selawat ke atas Nabi S.A.W (3 x)

Yang bermaksud:

"Di sanalah Zakaria mendoa kepada Tuhan.

Ia berkata: Berilah aku keturunan yang baik daripadaMu. Sesungguhnya Engkaulah

yang memperkenankan segala doa."

(Doa untuk mendapatkan zuriat juga boleh dibaca di dalam Surah Al-Imran Ayat-200

dan Surah Al-Anbia Ayat-89).

Mula-mula ingat nak ketuk guna lesung batu.. tapi tak jalan juga..melantun-lantun macam belon

kecewa dengan lesung aku cuba hiris guna pisau.. macam kopek buah kelapa tau.. sebab ada sabut

Kalau betul2 tak sabar memang tak jadilah macam dekat atas ni.. pertama kali aku buat keje macam ni.. hehehe.. demi untuk isteri tercinta

nilah dia beza yang aku dah buang sabut dengan belum.. kalau korang nak tahu.. tempurung ni lagi keras dari tempurung kelapa.

konon-konon nak cuba ketuk guna lesung lepas buang sabut.. tapi mcam takda kesan je.. still rupa yang sama.

korang tahu aku buat apa ni sampai berlubang.. aku korek dekat atas sampai jadi macam ni guna pisau..

akhirnya aku berjaya kopek tempurung buah zuriat untuk lapisan pertama

nilah dia biji buah zuriat lepas keluar dari tempurung.. kalau korang nak tahu kulit yang ni lagi keras dari dari tempurung luar tadi

hasilnya membuahkan hasil.. lega rasanya bila dah berjaya keluarkan dari tempurung..

nilah dia isi buah zuriat tu.. sekali pandang macam isi kelapa kering.. bila aku picit isi dalam tu keras dia cuma tuhan je yang tahu.

tengoklah hasil aku kerjakan 2 biji buah zuriat dari Mekah ni.

Alhamdulilah isi dah aku keluarkan dan dah siap potong untuk direbus.. dia orang kata rebus sekurang-kurangnya 1/2 jam.. tadi aku dah mula rebus.. hasilnya air rebusan dah jadi macam air teh.. aku pon tak rasa lagi air tu rasa apa sebenarnya.. apa pon doakan kami berdua supaya cepat dikurniakan zuriat ye.. amin

Nota Kaki : Kata orang kita hanya berusaha Tuhan yang menentukan semua.. jangan berhenti dari berusaha disusuli dengan berdoa kepada yang maha Esa..

Kemahsyuran buah ini dikalangan masyarakat Melayu tiada rujukan dokumantari yang jelas semenjakbila ia diperkenalkan dan bagaimana nama buah ini digelar sebagai buah Adam Hawa atau buah Zuriat. Begitu juga dengan cara penyediaan dan penggunaan buah ini sebagai ramuan rawatan.

Doum ekstrak yang digunakan dalam perubatan bilharziasis, hematuria, perdarahan terutamanya selepas kelahiran anak dan juga sebagai hypolipidemic dan suspensi hematinic. Teh dari Doum ini popular di Mesir dan diyakini baik untuk diabetes. kandungan mineral semulajadi dan vitamin yang terdapat dalam tumbuhan membantu peredaran darah .

Cara Pertama

Mengikut kata mereka yang pernah tinggal dan membesar di Negara seperti Saudi, Mesir, Sudan dan lain lain Negara Asia Barat memakan buah segar doum ini hanya sekadar menggunakan sudu di ketuk-ketuk sekitar kulit buah zuriat ( tak perlu di belah ) seperti kita memecah kulit telur. Buahnya ringan dan sabut/ isi di dalamnya lembut dan bolih dimakan begitu sahaja

Cara Kedua

Disebabkan cuaca Negara kita panas dan lembab, ini meyebabkan buah doum menjadi keras dan liat. Maka mengupasnya dilakukan dengan bermacam macam cara , memang banyak versi dan cara menggunakan buah zuriat ini. Tidak tahulah mana satu cara yang paling berkesan. ;

1) Ada dengan cara menggunakan tokol besi untuk memecah lapisan luar, kemudian bijinya dihiris hiris.
2) Ada yang mengisar keseluruhan buah didalam mesin pengisar
3) Ada yang kata kalau nak pecahkan memang kena guna kudrat orang lelaki dengan sebilah parang.
4) Ada yang terus merebus keseluruhan buah itu begitu sahaja.
5) Ada yang merebus dua biji (sepasang) buah ini sekali gus.
6) Ada yang buah itu hancurkan isi nya dan dicampur dengan susu segar kemudian direbus, air rebusan tadi diminum

Rebusan biji dan isirungnya, sehingga air bertukar warna seakan-akan teh. Air rebusan ini diamalkan minumannya selama 44hari atau sehingga mengandung. Air ini diminum bersama suami isteri dan hampas rebusan ini diulang rebus sehinggalah air rebusan itu bertukar warna menjadi putih kembali baru di ganti dengan buah yang baru.

Penggambilan buah ini boleh diambil pada bila-bila masa sahaja, malah buah ini juga kalau di gosok-gosokkan ke sendi-sendi yang sakit,Insya Allah akan terasa kelegaannya.

Ada mengekstrak keluar minyak dari buah ini bagi kegunaan rawatan serbaguna. Begitu juga dengan cara melakukan pelbagai penyediaan dan penggunaan dari buah ini.

Petua 1: Cara penyediaan air Buah Zuriat

Petua di bawah ini adalah penyediaan air Buah Zuriat melalui kaedah rebusan tanpa kulit.

(1) Potong Buah Zuriat dengan menggunakan pemotong daging atau parang. Buah ini mempunyai kulit dalam yang keras. Berhati-hati sewaktu memotong.

(2) Setelah terbelah dua. Ambil bahagian isi yang berwarna putih dan potong lah beberapa bahagian lagi sehingga kecil.

(3) Kemudian rebus buah tersebut dengan memasukkan 3 gelas air. Rebus sehingga tinggal 1 gelas.

(4) Boleh minum air tersebut pada waktu pagi dan malam. Untuk sedikit rasa, boleh campurkan dengan sedikit madu.

Petua 2: Cara penyediaan Buah Zuriat

Berlainan dengan Petua 1 yang memerlukan rebusan Buah Zuriat dalam tempoh tertentu dalam air yang menggelegak, petua kedua ini hanya melibatkan rendaman Buah Zuriat. Adalah dibimbangi, rebusan terlalu lama akan menyebabkan khasiatnya hilang akibat suhu tinggi. Petua kedua ini hanya melibatkan rendaman dalam air suam selama 5-6 jam.

1) Potong Buah Zuriat dengan menggunakan pisau pemotong daging.

2) Potong isi dan kulit kepada beberapa bahagian yang kecil.

3) Rendam dalam air suam selama 5-6 jam.

4) Air tersebut boleh lah dibuat minum pada waktu pagi dan malam.

Sementara itu, banyakkan berdoa dengan doa-doa dari Al-Quran.

I miss the feeling of being loved, having a person I adore care about me and worries if one tear fell down my eyes...

This is what I mean when I say I love Harry Potter. People say that it's just a book. It's not just a book, it's what's behind it. Snape taught me people can change. Harry taught me to never give up.  Just had a fight with my alarm clock. It wanted to wake me up, I disagreed. Things got violent, now it's broken and I'm awake. Not sure who won.

saye sgt mengantuk....huhu...ade ke plak kan...intro2 pasal ngantuk...xpatot2...bdn sbnrnyer agak penat la...tpt keje baru nie...(well baru 2 hari keje)...aku kena pakai high heel...sakitnyer pinggang...ingat nak cari new heels la..yg xberape nak tinggi and yang lembut jek dipijak...

 2 hari keje nie..bnyk pengalaman baru yg aku timba...maklumlar...keje co consultant...JD aku ground base...audit, tax and account. dua hari nie kena cater draft letter untuk tax ngan wat full set account...ye ye dpt buat fullset...pasni kena buat audit plak utk akaun tuh...yg neyh lg new...so aku xde knowledge lg pasal nie...kena la blaja....kat ctu mang kena slalu bukak buku...buku pulak bertimbun2...dah macam library dah...utk rujukan...hari nie saje 4 buku kena rujuk...maklumla ilmu time blajo dulu dah xingat dah....hahahaha...

dua hari nie jugak bawak keje balik umah....ni pon baru pas siap job engagement letter for tax agents....sgt2 mengantuk sudah...so mlm nie nak tido awal...letih rasenyer...dah lama xkeje...tetibe kena perah otak bagai nak rak...huhu..tp aku rase fun jek stakat nie...positifffffff.....(sambil tgn kuis muezza yg ngah kacau aku menaip...) wink wink
